			<description><![CDATA[<p>I was on this web site BYKT (Oops...my bad. It is not BYKT, it is on TheHonestGuy) and there is some insight on the lottery which was interesting but what caught my eye is there is a pic of what appears to be a legitimate $7.5M winning scratcher from Ohio. It doesn&#x27;t look like it has been doctored. I didn&#x27;t notice the winning number at first and thought it was just a random ticket but then I looked a little more closely and....there it was.
