$40 dollars seems very reasonable to me...

There's one particular site that's been around since 2003, and now charge a $5 - $35 membership fee and it doesn't seem to bother anyone to pay for this service...

If a person can obtain numbers to play and win from those numbers provided, rather than working their brain and spending a lot of their precious time trying to figure out what to play... I say $40 is well worth it...

Quite often there's a run of numbers that all come from the same YYYYMM.

When it happens you can bet accordingly by simply 1) Gathering all the past draws for that particular month 2) Exclude past WINs 3) Play the leftover picks for that month.
