Well even though others here seem to be reporting logical reasoning for this phenomena, I don't know if I trust MUSL since the Eddie Tipton fisaco. Forget all of the 20s. Let's consider the odds of getting those specific results. With 26 numbers to choose from the odds of 25 being the power ball is 1 in 26. With 26 numbers to choose from the odds of 21 being the power ball in the next drawing is 1 in 26. The odds of 21 being the power ball again in the next drawing is still 1 in 26. And so on.
