Yep, it's about $4,807 in take home Winnings.(Did some calculations after your post. :) At the end of the episode, Martin does calculations and says that even if Martin returns all the Luxurious items he bought, he would still be $1,000 in DEBT, due to the non refundable things he did with the money(Pam's Wax Certificate, the $2,000 Check to Tommy OUCH, :/Martin's Massage, Manicure, Pedicure, I think he gave Cole a Vacation). 1.5 mill divided by 312 winners is less than $5000. I advise him to take the lump sum, LOL. Your post reminded me of the Breaking Bad episode where Walter buys a lottery ticket where the numbers are GPS coordinates. You should start a thread of favorite TV show episodes that somehow involve the lotto.

In the Martin Show, Martin's Lotto Ticket matched the Winning Numbers. The Jackpot was about 2 Million before taxes and fees. So let's say 1.5 Million in take home Winnings. Martin is ecstatic, does backflips and starts drinking a complete stranger's soda (Funny in the 90's, :D shocking and gross in 2020/2021 due to the ongoing Covid Pandemic, :/ ) and starts showering himself, Gina, and Pam, Tommy, and Cole with gifts BEFORE going to the Press Conference...
