Not to a huge degree in the shorter term but can make larger swings over longer peroids of time. What it looks like is that we are not actually looking at specific numbers but repeating circumstances or situations in randomness that are not clearly defined.</p>]]></description>

They may not be available ready made in existing softwares.<br /><br />For simulations and trackings you might have to hire someone and write these or learn programming languages or use excel and create your methods. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>dr san,<br /><br />here is a real life example. in our 6/49 in Canada, there have been 3937 draws since 1982. the most frequently drawn number is number 45, which has been drawn 621 times. you will notice that the number 45 is not close to the center, but close to the end - very close to number 49. so yes, it appears that any number can be hot , not just the ones in the central range .<br /><br />however, note that i am not talking about combinations or about sums. just the numbers themselves.</p>]]></description>
