Never saw a poll, but base on conversations, most people here are in favor of jackpot winners anonymity. If that becomes the norm, we'll never know whether the winners will immediately quit their jobs, their age, martial status, how they will spend their winnings, etc. There are how will you spend your winnings conversations too, but it looks like you're more interested in how I won't spend my winnings ?

No one was ragging on you and people were expressing legitimate concerns about your mental health. If you are playing the lottery for a need, maybe you should just work more. I have never seen an adult who did not know the difference between a want and a need.

Okay, thanks for the detailed response on why exactly I got ragged and dragged for the Single Lottery Winners don't need huge Mansions, posts. I was completely confused on why I was being ragged and dragged. I can see how I came off as condescending, jealous, entitled, and bitter which was not my intention at all. There aren't any numbers I'm hoping won't come up. I choose my numbers basically randomly each time I play so I don't get attached to particular combos. Some people (not all) who play a special set of numbers get locked into a losing habit because they feel like they have to play every drawing. That's what's happening with you right now.

Its not the not needing huge mansions comment (IMHO) It's the aspect of telling anyone who has or may win a lottery jackpot what they do or in this case do NOT need....We all have desires of purchasing something that might be considered extremely outlandish in a purchase of material items, when you run into that kind of wealth. Just remember, it's the winners money to do what they want, whether you or I or anyone agree with them or not.

They are entitled to do whatever they want. What one person does with their money is not your concern. You on the other hand... You only have a little money? And then you're broke? With only 10 digits and only 3 or 4 positions, if you choose a number and hold for few days and watch, the winning numbers will be closer - one off digit, mirror digit showing up, etc., Don't fall for it.

Many will mention these for Pick 3 and Pick 4 but not for Pick 5 or jackpot games(not 4/5 always with one offs). These are the reflections of the odds on numbers. Nothing more than that.

The Lottery drawings are coming dangerously close.

Today 431 showed up and yesterday 1785 showed up. Just a couple of days ago I would have been ranting about the One digit away draws, but now I am extremely grateful that 411 and 1985 didn't show up. I'm hoping they don't come up tonight. Funny how that worked out.

Whenever you play the lottery you're subsidising somebody's stupid purchases. If you don't like the thought of somebody buying stuff you think they don't need, don't pay into the system.

I wasn't saying that my Family of 8 is more entitled to win. I was saying a single Lottery Winner REALLY shouldn't be buying a HUGE Mansion when they live alone. It's overkill. I was saying I live in a family of 8 and we have a smaller house than SINGLE Lottery Winners buying HUGE Mansions. Once again, a SINGLE Lottery Winner doesn't need a Mansion with 20 bedrooms and like 30 other rooms that are not Bedrooms....

Maybe you should not play the lottery if it makes you so angry. I have seen more than a couple of past lp members just lose it over not winning and being jealous of other lottery winners. And Yes, one person winning and buying a large home is fine and it does not make a family of 8 more entitled to win. Chill out and enjoy the nice fall weather.

I hope 411 and 1985 don't come up today or tomorrow because I already wasted my money on those numbers that never showed up, but on Friday I will have a little money, so on Friday I can play them again. :) I'll be extremely PISSED if they come up either today or tomorrow when I am completely broke.
