I'm pretty sure signing an Ex's name and accepting the money for him or her is Fraud, especially since they are an ex, and not a current Partner or Spouse.

A Woman had a Cousin who asked her to fill out the Lottery paperwork since he matched 5 out of 6 numbers or something like that and he knew it was big but didn't know how big.
