			<description><![CDATA[<p>Here&#x27;s a frequency chart from the 19th to 20th draw. This is a running draw count from July, 2019. I think I uploaded this picture in September of 2021. This is the rolling cash five lottery in Ohio. Let&#x27;s look at number one. One is a 1 count. How many times each number hit is the top row. The 39 numbers are the second row. All the 1 counts will have highlighted 2 count below. Look down the 1 column and see that it&#x27;s had 170 chances to turn from a 1 count to a 2 count.
