ok, cmoore50 great job of tracking the frequency, so you notice that we have to take into account the size of the lottery its frequency cycle, hot numbers (which are most often drawn) are still being drawn in the next draws, but we have the point of balance each lottery has its point

the point of balance is the cycle of each number, point, finding the bias of this number due to the frequency is essential, along with lagging numbers

Here's a frequency chart from the 19th to 20th draw. This is a running draw count from July, 2019. I think I uploaded this picture in September of 2021. This is the rolling cash five lottery in Ohio. Let's look at number one. One is a 1 count. How many times each number hit is the top row. The 39 numbers are the second row. All the 1 counts will have highlighted 2 count below.
