The RG math is common knowledge. It is even published in math journal. If it is sounded, which it is, why wouldn't any legitimate lottery software use it? It is not a patented or trademarked stuff. I would be more incline not to use a tool that doesn't have it. Since that finding works, if I am the author, I would include that too.

In fact, many lottery websites (lotterycodex, lotterymetrix, winslip etc.) work solely based on his theory. For many players, that is absolutely good to know. You might want to find out more. Why are you so excited about something published in Brazilian Mathematics journal, ask your university professor about the quality of that journal. That journal's impact factor is 0.5 and considered junk. Not knowing his name is not a shame or a crime. Many lottery winner never heard his name and does not need to know for future winners.

Not sure who asked. I have already said that you can find all that stuff on their website. It shows the live stats of how their prediction lists fair (hits) in the last 100 draws. As a member I can see them on my screen how many numbers each prediction list caught for each draw. They are definitely not P P. Why would I spend money on a site if it is P P? All I am saying is, don't judge anything unless you have used it.

There are 2 main lottery playing methodologies: P P (Play Pray) and T P (Test Play). Optimizer does not provide testing capability therefore belongs to P P. And as such it is simply not usable no matter how fancy are its predictions. Unless, of course, your goal is to mindlessly throw money away. For that, you don't need Optimizer, either.

All the sites that offer prediction never show you how they do their predictions . For all I know they could just be random numbers. Optimizer is the only one that I know that show you how. They are based on probability of the most likely to occur using hits and skips.

It's not the point how any system/group selects its numbers and what it statistically covers. The point is how many numbers of any group match (hit) the actual winners in any given period of time - the hit ratio.
