This is a post you can look at from Goseahawks seems to work.....pretty consistent..

so I tried it with pick 3 doubles into pairs.. very interesting ...it's good.. not 100 percent but

75 to eighty percent.. ex..588....

58 03

88 33 gave me ..384..and 336.. winners....there's a lot more that I found where

This works good.. give it a try....usually lasts around 3 days..
