I first wondered what this neural network is. I found no explanation of what it did and how it worked.

I studied Markov chain in the chapter of matrices. I also found no explanation for that program.

The website was removed of the free ASP hosting server (by himself or did it expire?). Did anyone here decompile the programs

The thing with AI is that, like GOOGLE alot of people look to it as a magic answer box. The algorithms themselves in many cases do not see the forest for the trees. The AI just looks for brute force patterns that repeat in many cases. You half to keep in mind the basis for many systems or methods you may find is that some numbers come out more often than others.

I know what Markov chains are, but I don't know anything about Stoopendaal's program that he named Markov Chain. As a rule, I don't download programs from users I don't know who never log in. Markov chain analysis cannot shed any light on random processes like lotteries, so I doubt this program is any better than a random number picker, regardless of whatever name the creator gave it. But again, the cult of Stoopendaal has its view on the matter.

This tutorial on Markov chain is much bet... [ More ]

Appreciate the insight. But now some draws are electronics like the Canada 6/49. I do notice a difference between the lotteries that are drawn by computer vs ball-dropping machines. Perhaps this system maybe more suitable for computer generated lotteries?

Are you familiar with Markov Chain?

It is very possible that the author who started the thread won the lottery. That is why he is not here on LP .

Ball lotteries are not PRNG. The lotteries that do rely on a PRNG use a seeding method from a true-random source to neutralize the predictability. So, NNs are not going to deliver what you want, except in rare cases of a poorly run lottery that does not bother to securely seed the PRNG.

But there are those for whom the belief is just too strong.

The LottoSync software (which I paid for) has to connect to the LottoSync website to activate. The LottoSync website no longer exists. There ought to be a law against software that ceases to function when the author no longer supports it. I suppose as the field of picks expands the number of winning numbers occasionally captured expands as well.

BoP

Thanks. According to the stackexchange the answer given says

The neural network could be trained to find certain patterns in the history of random numbers generated by a PRNG to predict the next bit.

Isn't that what we wanted

The author of that thread, Stoopendaal, hasn't visited this site in almost 6 years and nobody on that (currently) 132-page thread has ever found the right settings to make his program print money. There are also some concerns the program is malware. Since neural networks cannot predict random numbers (see this resource for experts' explanations https://ai.stackexchange.com/questions/3850/can-a-neural-network-be-used-to-predict-the-next-pseudo-random-number ) that program can't be anything more t... [ More ]

I found a thread that talked about using the artificial neural network to generate the next lottery combinations. On the site that offers that they also have one that uses Markov Chain to predict the next combinations. Has anyone have any experiences using any one of these? How was the results
