Some of the software here on Lottery Post, Systems and Methods, as well as Wheels, has a bunch of filters... Also, Hail Howard's Filtering Full Wheel Generator includes 19 filters...

filtering by previous draws is a good filter, in the case of 39/6, you can create an algorithm to filter the register of draws (it will always update) minimum zero maximum 3, this maximum 3 takes any 3 of the 6 numbers, you can increase by 4 the most, you can also create the filter by position by position in the crescent of the draws,

IMHO, removing numbers that came out in the previous draw, is mathematically illiterate.

Why?

Because skip 0 will occur the most in any particular game.

Except perhaps MM and PB, where there is almost always 3 to 4 long shots drawn in any particular draw, and the dormant periods between double repeaters is quite expansive.

I am not certain about pick 3 and 4, as I have not really looked.
