I did manually enter all the data into Adv Gold.

It only took like three days.

When I buy the Tom thing, does it say,

Buy our product!! Three days of data entry will make you into a Lottery wizard rivaling Gail Howard

I find this very interesting. Did you write the program? If so why the choice to make it so difficult to get the numbers in the history file? Other than typing it all in. I have thousands of historical plays. Typing it all in is a huge pain. But once it's in I will just automate the process.

He markets my programs (even though I haven't seen a nickel of royalties in years). I sell my programs on ebay.

He writes his sales pitches, I try to be more low key.

I think alot of people realize that when you use filters as a number reduction method you wind up playing a given set of numbers for alot of games before a hit because you are looking for a mix of specific circumstance like sums, H,L,O,E, hot/cold to hit. I think alot of people also use FILTERS as a validation tool. Is my number or set of numbers in the top sums, hot/cold, OE, HL, etc., etc, get it down to around 50 or 60 ish numbers then just play the most frequent 10 or so numbers until a hit.... [ More ]

I played 4 boxed combinations this week and won all 4 in 5 days. My strategy is hit and miss this week it was all HITS like a hit record.

edit: anytime you organize your combinations or single digits or pairs in any form or fashion for tracking purpose would be considered filtration.

HHH+EEE OR LLL+OOO OR HHL+OOE etc etc etc. These are patterns to you and i see them as either patterns or filters.Just depends on who is perceiving the information. if this is what you are using it's not new.... [ More ]

I played ONE straight combination this week and won. My strategies are profitable even with the lottery taking half the prize money. I don't use filters either and look at patterns that naturally hit instead.

I was mostly handicapping the horses with his software which is pretty good. I bought the software years ago for giggles. It sucked. He took it down from his website fairly quickly. It was not user friendly. I don't do either anymore. I'm surprised he put it back up there.Tom Console is actually Dave Powers who runs RPM Handicapping.

I have yet to see a consistently profitable system where picks are posted online prior to the drawings for a time period such as 30 or 60 days.

It would be great to see someone with a winning (profitable) system post the picks here prior to the drawings for a reasonable time period. That is the gold standard test.

It's very difficult showing a profit at $600 to $100 and most of the systems I see require more than that to show a profit. Saw where several California Pick-3 predictors show profits in the last 30 days so it's possible.

I have developed a Pick 3 Straight and also Box Strategy that is profitable based on playing the odds of which of the 8 High/Low straight patterns will hit matched with the 8 Odd/Even Straight patterns and only playing 9 combinations for each draw. My Pick 3 Box Strategy is based on pairs and is profitable. However because the lottery steals half the prize money it often breaks even or a small profit on each Strategy. The product's webpage talks a lot about due numbers, due patterns. I believe you can save yourself the $29.90 and just put the same data in Excel or equivalent spreadsheet program to see what is due based on frequency over various intervals.

Nobody has unlocked the secret to winning Pick 3 consistently enough to turn a profit. If they did, they wouldn't share it or sell it publicly. Caveat emptor.

He mentions lottery post as the place to get the data to build your data base.....

He goes on to say....
