This is awesome. I will test this in ohio. I like the way you explained everything as well. One thing to add as to find the x. Look at what your state you are playing is currently doing...are they mirrioring one of those pairs, are they flipping one of those pairs. I noticed Ohio like to take one of those numbers from the pair and use a flip with it. like 093 or 096.
