The more correct terminology in the Lottery Bible are

Neighboring pairs.

It is based on Gap Zero.

The simple formula is A-B. where A is number greater than B.

Actually when you take the second derivate after the Fourier Transformation,

The formula is (A-B) -1.

Does anyone know how to track twins (1,2 or 14,15) and triplets (2,3,4 or 21,22,23) skips in excel for jackpot game? or the formula for the cell?
