If it's a contest, I suppose it's open to anyone. You can post 1,000,000 of your own systems:

Pick 3 numbers from the barcode on a VO5 shampoo bottle Pick 4 numbers from the barcode on a VO5 shampoo bottle Pick 3 numbers from the barcode on a Pantene shampoo bottle Pick 4 numbers from the barcode on a Pantene shampoo bottle

Then, do it with the bottles of conditioner. Maybe even ketchup. With a little creativity and a lot of free time, you can give those posters a run for their money. Or... [ More ]

IMO, the Systems Forum looks like a couple of posters are having a contest to see who can create the most systems. Noticed at least one posters likes to give many of the threads negative thread star ratings, but not sure if that's a contest too. Some of those threads have hundreds of pages with over 1 million of views and making it now very difficult to condense multiple systems into a more workable number of threads.

The threads you are referring to are too long and numerous at this point. Consolidating them now would make it impossible for anyone searching the archives to find what they are looking for in those threads. Also, they are technically distinct topics, even if large chunks can be all considered minor variations on a theme. The people who have started all those threads are not violating any site rule per se.

I wondered who you were talking to, but then I realized I blocked someone.

I was saying that my point is if you don't get anything from their posts or ideas try some others.there are a lot.

If that comment was addressed to me, my suggestion had nothing to do with reading posts or looking for ideas; it's about condensing redundant reoccurring threads. And I'm not even talking about the Pick-3 Forum where members post on two pages of different threads in less than 24 hours.... [ More ]

I think it's Stink47's constant sniveling and whining and moaning and complaining about every little thing that should be curtailed and condensed rather than the valuable information provided by those three members that he wants silenced because he doesn't like them.

There should be a separate forum solely for his never-ending complaints and demands. Some people are never happy no matter how much you cater to them. And as we all know, nobody has tried to help him as much as I have.... [ More ]

Got the idea of making this suggestion after reading where Todd had to removed the massive forum posts . And like I said to Jackpot, it's a simple suggestion that might make it easier for all of us to sort through the site and find those many good ideas.

It's not even a request.

It's a simple suggestion in the Suggestion Forum and never meant as a site improvement or a complaint about the site. And whether or not threads are condensed is not that big of a deal.

And that's what I have tried to tell him.

But he just doesn't listen.

Time and time again I have tried to take him under my wing and counsel him but he is very headstrong and unwilling to indulge others who express their feelings without him initiating cruel and vicious personal attacks. I find his behavior very disheartening if not outright reprehensible.

There are several people who post these long winded ideas who half speakEnglish

and the things are so complicated..even they can't explain it but when you ask them to explain ..

they get mad...and defensive best to do is just psss them by ...there are many good ideas here..

Why don't you take your concerns to Todd, I'm sure he'll listen and tell you in a nice way,

that he has spent countless hours developing this system and it has been running like clockwork.

The majority of redundant threads in the System Forum are from three posters. Not talking about the threads with multiple pages. but why not suggest they start one thread with systems of the week or month .

There are several reoccurring threads in the Jackpot Forum that could easily be condensed.
