It is unlikely to get a 10/10 so, you maybe will get an 8/10, that pays 200.

7 spots don't pay so well, a 0/7 is easier to get and pays 3. You will depend of many 6/7 and a 7/7 to break even.

The payout is indeed the same at the end of times but not for a single game when playing different numbers like proposed with that qp.

If for one euro, the lowest risk was a pick 4.

You don't need that cat math. For the 10-spot game, multiply each prize by the probability of winning it, then add up those products. That's the expected prize amount. Do the same for 7-spot. Compare the two numbers. The one that gives a bigger number is the better game.

I'll do it for you:

10-spot pays about 0.525362 euros on average per play.

7-spot pays about 0.539993 euros on average per play.

Difference is more than 0.01 euros, the 7-spot is better.
