I don't know if the Mexican site has a random number generator for players, but you can get them for 5/28 on the random.org website here https://www.random.org/quick-pick/?tickets=10 lottery=5x28.0x0

The parameter is set to generate a set of 10 tickets (tickets=10 in the url) but you can change it to 20 or 100 or whatever.

From checking their website it looks like there are two drawings a day.

You also are being paid out in pesos not USD and ticket price is 10 pesos or 0.50 USD

So matching two just recovers your cost of ticket. Only matching 3 or higher will result in a profit per ticket.

Doesn't seem profitable to me.

There is no worldwide lotterynet to play or get the results, payouts etc.
