Thanks for your reply! My meaning just is to order the regular state lottery tickets online instead of going to the state in person if you live in the other states. For example, I'm living in NY but I want to order the ticket for Pick 6 of the NJ lottery by using the Internet. Also, the program of online order should be issued by the state lottery commission themselves but other companies.

Illinois, Michigan, Georgia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, North Dakota, North Carolina, and New Hampshire are currently the only states in which an official state-regulated online lottery platform operates. And Minnesota is beginning a butler type Internet service.

Online play in those states is limited to being physically within the state borders.

Depends on what you mean by online play? For a long time NC said they had online play but nothing on the internet. Then they finally got the big games like cash 5,mm,pb with limitations where you can only play like 70 or 75 numbers online. I have not herd of a state that offers pick 3 or pick 4 would be interested to find out if any states offer pick 3 or 4 for online internet play
