They pickled a part of Rasputin. Some crazy doctor I think, they always have those funny ideas, like using their own sperm to make 30 women pregnant with artificial insemination. Maybe those kids are born with a cesarian cut.

CSV can take that, eventually Excel too, just that you won't see all of it and eventually, they just might throw away exessive data or not? You'll know after trying! Try now!

How do you fit 3,262,623 combinations in 1,000,000 rows in Excel?

Did it work when you removed the 1201 combinations that hit?

Writing it as a CSV you could open it in most TEXT editors, like Notepad, but the OP specified Excel.

You can still open it in a Text editor.

Since none of us know what the end point is for his askance its impossible to say we're working in circles.

You could put your combinations in a file and let Excel read it after filtering. Did you try XML, can it do that? Did you try a text file? Did you try built in stuff? Did you try x... ? There is a light book that you can buy, it is used at university or college. This is working in circles without progress. This answer and response ass thing also is annoying in the posts. Mostly answers aren't much and not developed, few exceptions. ...

It can be done in one Excel sheet, but not a continuous list from 1 to 3262623.

You may only have 1,000,000 down but you have 16,000+ across.

So it would look something like this....

A friendly suggestion would be to use Google Sheets for your project rather than Excel. Google Sheets supports up to 5 million rows and is less prone to crashing than Excel. Your 6/39 game has 3262623 combinations, which is less than 5 million (and a palindrome!)

If you really can't part with Excel, this project will be more manageable if you divide the 3262623 combos into 10 sheets of 320000 or so.

Once you've gone to the trouble of making a list of total combinations, why destroy it when there are several options to show a combination has hit.

1. Change the color of the text.

2. Highlight it in a different color.

3. Make a HIT column. (Each time a combination hits go in and add 1)

4. Instead of HIT use DATE. And enter the DATE it hit.
