Don't know what the overall percentage of scratch-offs sales are, but never saw a financial report with those sales under 65% of all ticket sales. The financial reports have lots of statistics making it easy to find the fix if one or more of the remaining 35% of the games were rigged.

It's in the best interest of the lottery that their drawings are completely random. However, if they were going to rig drawings, it would be toward the goal of having more winners, rather than fewer winners, because winners are free publicity that help drive sales. It is the 5/43 draw here, but it's the same numbers for any other with the same matrix. It can be used with those also by inputting the draw history.

The only emphasis I put on the OE combos is that if you pick from one group, you're still going to have over 20,000 sets to play/pick from. Or that cutting out anyone of them, or a mixture, it's not going to help a whole lot. I don't even use it anymore. Minus cutting out a final choice of options. It looks like your charts are for a 5/43 game with a total of 962,598 possible outcomes. Not sure of the significant you're placing on the difference between OOEEO and EEOOO because they are the same statistic. The results are usually in numerical order and only four combinations of mostly even or odd and two all even or all odd.

Not sure what you mean by sets starting with when by default every time the number 1 is drawn, it will be the lowest number.

There is 42,504 OEOEO combinations.

The second group of combos all have 33,649 combos.

Third has 26,334 combos.

Then the lonely EEEEE sets with a total of 20,349 combos.

For the uploaded book. First picture is where you can input your draw history and/or dates. This is the only section you need to do any changes/additions in. The rest is pre-programmed. Ascending or descending does not matter. It's just easier to run it down.

Of course columns A through GL will be your combos and odd even patterns. The columns highlighted in green in those columns are the count of each pattern from your draw history.

It's pretty much the same as an .xlsm book. It just makes the file smaller and faster with less corruption from what I've seen. It is binary, so no html can be gotten from it. Have to save it as another format if you want to read it with notepad. It keeps my work from being 200+mb and down to around 130. No matter the changes or additions I add to it. Save any Excel file to that format and watch the speed increase and the size decrease.

The jackpot games are not rigged in my opinion. Why? The shear number of combinations, ie: the odds. Lotteries don't much care about the small wins. They know that people play for the jackpot prizes. MM odds are over 1 in 302+ MILLION. PB over 1 in 292 MILLION. They don't have to rig the big games, or any game, for that matter.

Aside from that, why on earth would a state lottery or MUSL try to cheat, take a chance on getting caught, and killing their money machine? Doesn't make sense.

There's all the combos starting with 3. There is 91,390 combinations that start with 3 and they make up 9.49% of the 962,598 possible combos. The NC Cash had winning combos coming from this set 572 times for a total of 10.17% of the 5,625 draws that I tested. There was three sets from this group that repeated.

That's all the combinations starting with 2 as the smallest. There is a total of 101,270 total combinations that start with 2. Combos starting with 2 make up 10.52% of the total 962,598 combinations. Out of the 5,625 draws for the NC Cash 5, 615 of those draws came from these sets for a total of 10.93% of the draws. One combination from this group has repeated one time.

Buying all combinations with 2 as the smallest, you would have lost $1,270.00 if the starting jackpot was what it is.

That's all the combinations starting with 1 as the smallest. 111,930 total combinations. For 5,625 draws here from the NC Cash 5, there have been a total of 728 wins come from these combinations. NO repeats. (I'm about a week behind updating this.) Last draw input into it was 3-21-2022. That's 0.65% of the total combinations covered. Sets from 1 as the smallest have made up 12.94% of the drawings that have occurred here.

And therefore is the question. Powerball. Mega-Millions. Those large/r matrix draws kind of speak for themselves. Or should. 1 in 200+ million combinations? 200+ possible combinations. Why the need to rig it? When I worked at a store that sold lottery, I know what ticket sales looked like. For all draws and scratch-offs. Draw games was decent on sales. Only on the PB and MM though.
