			<description><![CDATA[<p>My wins in the past were mostly fine due to 4/6&#x27;s with 3/6&#x27;s with two 2 keys-wheels, 10 and 11 numbers.<br /><br />3/6 paid bet *5 and still does *5 while the chance to get 3/6 is lower! The class of 2+1/6 pays less than 3/6 but should be paid more. That&#x27;s where it is not so right. I also saw lowest payouts for 5/6 for the price of 1.25 and 6+1/45 instead of for 0.5 and 6+1/42. (...) So, all they write is that 50% of x drawings. Not fine.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you download the file of financial results lotto Belgium, it appears that 50% of their overall published cash in is cash out. So they wrote 50% avg on wiki. That is rough information. The last two drawings that was 30% and 29%. The question rose how they are fixing the variable payout amounts. They apparently reject mathematics displayed and don&#x27;t write more than that 50% rule. No line about taxes, commissions or other. Analyze the financial results? I never won anything by doing that.</p>]]></description>

That can be dealt the American way with hands on the table.<br /><br />pick 1 from 0-36.<br /><br />I remember 2 euro minimum straight bet, that pays 35*2 + 2 of the bet. That is in that case -2 +72 for 1 of 37.<br /><br />If you play 18 numbers and get one right, you get 1+35 back.
