Using dice would be simpler if you spent $5 - $15 to get a set or several sets of polyhedral like those used in DND. All 7 die sets include a 4, 6, 8, 10, and 20 sided dice. One of the 10 sided will be numbered from 0 to 9 which precludes the 1=0 and 0=1 stuff. Three of those would work for Pick 3, 4 for pick 4, and 5 for Quinto.
