There was index to combination in a thread/post. You could use random index until your conditions fit in Excel. - You could write the python code in javascript and use it on your device, any device, any os.

Somebody kept asking for js, I didn't see anyone react to that. JS has eval() too, Excel does not have eval().

You would need a cell for sth like eval(). PHP has eval(). Java doesn't have eval(). Does python have eval()? ...

Any customizable random number generators?

Im looking for a RNG that i can have presets, for example, if it picks 12 + 15 to avoid 19 and have an ability to add hundreds of examples to it. Ive spent a lot of time searching for something similar but no luck.
