			<description><![CDATA[<p>When the TN Lottery went to RNG drawings and players started complaining there were no repeating digits in either the pick-3 and pick-4. A spokesman said they did test drawings and found no mistake until over a week later when a tech noticed the allow repeats box wasn&#x27;t checked.<br /><br />Testing ball drawings should be simple; ten numbered balls from 0 to 9 in each container. Who really believes they spend hours examining and weighing every ball before each drawing?
