You're correct, the conspiracy theories are contagious too. On page one I mentioned the winner, for another dollar could have won over $500,000 by adding Power Play. And even though the ticket clearly says POWER PLAY: NO , I was told they didn't have Power Play back then.

The top 4 lines are just info lines showing jackpot amounts for those 3 games...Powerball, Super 6 Lotto, Cash 5.

Line 6 is POWERBALL $4.00, which shows it is indeed a Powerball ticket. Winning numbers for July 10, 2002 26 31 37 43 45 PB32. Back in 2002, the payout for 5 numbers in the Powerball game was $100,000

This is a PowerBall winning number printout. The fourth line down states that it's the Pennsylvania Cash 5 drawing that is worth $ 100,000. So did the Cash 5 winning numbers closely mirror the drawn PowerBall numbers on July 10, 2002 (sort of a realtime double-exposure). Shame on the magician who presented this illusion as a winning ticket.

It's great that he won using Quick Pick. Meaning only 80% of the population already purchases QP tickets. Prior to looking at the ticket. I thought he won using one of the various systems advertised on this forum. We'll just means there's hope for use still attempting to crack the code with Wheels, NNs and all other options.

On March 7, 2001, an optional multiplier (called Power Play) was added, allowing players to multiply non-jackpot winnings by up to five by paying an extra $1 per game.

You must have missed where the ticket had Power Play: NO printed in LARGE CAPITAL LETTERS.
