It's been more than two years since you won.

Some players spend hours every week looking for the Holy Grail of lottery system and maybe they expect to win again in the next two years. But most of us that live outside California, New York, New Jersey, and Florida know the overwhelming odds against our QP winning once much less again in two years.

Gold and Silver. I would still be watching the market and will still be buying Gold and Silver.

I'd keep my accountant, and fire anyone who didn't tell me to buy Gold and Silver.

After two years, I would be hoping to see some of my bigger projects bearing fruit. I would have used the money to build ideas and employ the people passionate in their fields.

I'm a simple man (some say simple-minded) and I'm pretty much where I wanted to be at this point in my life. I can think of nothing I'd like less than a huge mansion with a private jet and a garage full of sports cars. As long as I have a good wife, a decent place to live, a few bucks set aside and a monster 4x4 pickup, I'm cool.

Being that it really wouldn't bother me to suddenly or gradually not have all that money, I'd probably make sure my kids and grandkids were well set up and then jus... [ More ]

Agreed - winning a Pick5 jackpot isn't as life altering as winning millions.

Yeah, the thrill of the chase... For a long time (more years than I remember) I've been chasing a Pick5 jackpot, but it never happened for me. One thing I feel good about is that I know I gave it my best shot. I haven't totally given up on it, but I've slowed my lottery spend quite a bit.

Should I ever be so lucky to win a small jackpot, I'd keep playing too. G5

You need to be balanced in life. Buying the fancy cars and multiple homes is cool and all. But you need to exercise, eat somewhat healthy and find a hobby that you enjoy that keeps you busy. Some say the journey is the best part and once you get there it's not what you thought. I think I would enjoy it and continue the journey and try hitting ANOTHER ONE.
