Although I never knew this man. It's understood he was a bold adventurer, who lived life on his own terms. Unlike so many others who are just existing. Rest in peace brother because your legacy will never be forgotten.

Depends on the mindset of the person. If he's a saver, he'll invest the money. If he's a generous person whose kind to everyone in need, $5 Million will be gone in no time.

$5 Million was a lot of money back in 1982. If Curtis had placed that 20 year $250K annual payment into the stock market in Disney, Nike, and Microsoft back at that time(not selling the shares), he would have had more than $30 Million by the time he died.

Curtis was a man who honest and kind hearted towards his friends, family members, and others. I will miss the first black men to win the NY Lottery in 1982..
