Jack Whittaker is a good example of what not to do. The thing that makes him different from many other lottery winners is he was already a multimillionaire when he won. He made his money in the construction industry. He supposedly was worth $17million when he won.

He probably didnt know she was on drugz..! Usually Grandparents love to spoil their Grandkidz with thingz they couldn't give their Sonz or Daughterz..az if, a 2nd chance to do a lil betta by your seedz..

But , if he knew?.. He literally luved her ta death.! I would've put her in rehab.. Any allowance woulda depended on her stayin drug-free for at least a yr..with monthly drug testing..!! No andz, butz or ifz ..

People do it everyday. Shoot, the government even does it. Did you know that you can claim disability and collect SSI checks for being a drug addict?

It's called enabling. Yeah I read about that guy once, he died a broken man. Regretted everything I think. People think that oh if I had a million dollars all my problems will go away. I don't think so. They don't even know what they'd do with it in the first place. It's all talk. Nothing else. Just like the basis of the game itself.

A lot of crack references here. Crack addicts are not a joke. They are people. They also have children who have to grow up under that stigma and shadow. I don't think it's funny. And I will say so. I wouldn't change much other than quitting my job maybe or at least reducing my hours. Otherwise I'd probably keep everything the same and f around with crypto and stocks all day in between working out and having sex with women I met at the gym who know I'm rich.

The details aren't quite right, but that's more or less the short version of what happened with David Lee Edwards. Whether the OP was referencing him or somebody else I don't know why anyone who's been here for awhile would find it unbelievable. The general story fits a lot of people who could have been very well set for life but blew it too fast.

30million would be divided by 3 so 10 million

10 million for spending for 20 years. So spend $500,000 a year: this includes charity and parent in nursing home costs and travel etc .

10 million for property but at most 5 million for spending and 5 million in account for upkeep and taxes

last 10 million is investment not to be touched for hopefully 20 years

I need a new car but probably 2-3 year old used Honda or other reliable brand. Probably have cleaning person

I think I may know that person! In all seriousness, she has a great deal of creativity but needs to channel it into other directions beyond an over the top obsession with gamblng and UT videos.

She could write ebooks with short stories and make money on Amazon. I think she would do well and make far more money than gambling. Maybe a collection of fan fiction stories? I would buy it.
