Can you play 2nd Chance if you win $1 (I'm rich!) with SuperLotto Plus (California Lottery)?

Or you can play 2nd Chance only if you literally win $0. It seems like a stupid question but I checked the ticket with the CaLottery app, it said you won $1 , but it also gave the chance to submit the ticket to 2nd Chance.

If i redeem the ticket at a retail store, I won't have the ticket in my hands anymore, hence if I'll win the 2nd Chance draw I will only have a picture but not the actual ticket! How does it work? I have to choose between $1 and the 2nd Chance draw, I guess
