Take your claim to your local state reps and senator. Find out what state reps are in charge of the California lottery.

I'm sure someone there will be of assistance.

I don't understand why you not getting any cooperation.

You would think the state has a record of every ticket sold from each location. How long they hold on to these is a question you might want to ask.

You don't know what you are talking about. I have the evidence and the Lottery knows this. That is why the Lottery refused to accept any evidence from me, not even a witness that was 3ft away. Even the police report and my bank managers information was not accepted, that shows the exact time. my Lottery ticket was stolen on June 7/2017 1:02pm

and

Your California Lottery draw game ticket must be postmarked or received by Lottery offices within 180 daysof the winning draw date

They don't even know if a jackpot was won or if the any ticket bought at the same store for the same date was cashed for even a free ticket. Their ship sailed in January 2018.

We all have better things to do than attempt to put together the who, what, where, when, why, and possibly how in this mish-mash.

The date your ticket won is simply a matter of checking the ticket against the lottery results. You don't need a wayback machine fo that.

The rest is nonsense.

Doesn't matter where you bought it, or who sold it to you. And her work schedule leaves the impression you had more interest in her than buying a ticket.

The lesson I learned is if you have a winning ticket, never take it to the place where you bought the ticket. Take it to the Lotto Office. The store workers will steal the ticket.
