Did a search, found very little. There are a few threads here (LP), and some sparse info elsewhere on the net.

Another site terms it as a filter. Called an Alternative Tracking, it is a combination of two filters.

Doesn't say what two filters it is combining.

They go on to say it has to be seen as an improvement on Vtracs as it combines digits logically.

Doesn't offer the logic used in the process. And doesn't offer why it is an improvement.

While I have no clue what Atrax is it does appear to me your list of numbers are missing quite a bit in order to make a sequence .

Anyone have experience with ATrax ?

A few years ago I tried tracking with these in my state (la/rng) versus Vtracs. Never really worked for me. While Vtracs are easy to remember/sum on the fly I could never do the same with Atrax #s. Just curious if anybody has had success with tracking or any of the ways with Vtracs applied to this. I seem to remember in my state at the time they repeated more than Vtracs. ( BTW, Why are they categorized this way? )
