			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I need help finding a program I saw a user posted 10 years ago. I believe it was made by winsum or possibly RandomLogic. Basically it converted Pick 3 to a 4 digit number, but went from 0 to 5. Pick 4 version converted to 5 digit number.<br /><br />It had different color boxes for numbers.
