Whatever it costs it usually covered by the 5 year renovation tax adjustment.

Back in modern history A wind storm blew down the Las Vegas out door signage on property and was replaced by at astronomical shareholder cost, everybody got in on it and no body complained even though the exaggerated expense for replacement was ludicrous, sorry I don't have the numbers to share but it's in the recorded history somewhere.
