Flip - 651

#1 - Find repeating digits = 33,88

#2 - Make Pairs = 33,88,38

#3 - Use remaining digits with the pairs to make a list = 7,2,6,5,1

List = 337 332 336 335 331 - 887 882 886 885 881 - 387 382 386 385 381 (15)

On 9/14 the 381 was drawn

Here's a neat lil trick for you to try out in your state. I call it The Double Digit Box because you will be using any digits within the box that repeat themselves to create a playlist.

Mirrors - 0=5 1=6 2=7 3=8 4=9 Flips - 0=3 1=4 2=5 3=6 4=7 5=8 6=9 7=0 8=1 9=2

Real Example - On 9/11 Virginia had 064

#1 - Take the 064 and mirror it on top like below
