Does the game have a 10X symbol multiplier? If so that might be the reason. I'm not familiar with NY Lotto tickets but in FL if a game has a multiplier or multipliers then the corresponding number will be excluded from the population of potential numbers that can be found under the Your Numbers and Winning Numbers areas. Evidently some people cannot differentiate between a multiplier symbol vs the corresponding multiplier number (e.g 10X vs 10 ).

I've been playing this N.Y. $20 game $ 10,000 a week a for life game for a long time and I never see the #10 on any card. In the top with the Lucky numbers and down at the bottom where the game numbers are the #10 never appears,,just wanted to see if anyone else has noticed it. Where is the #10 and why does it never show on any card
