IN Virginia almost ALL those second chance lottery tickets are left on the counter in the trash. EVERY WHERE. GOOD FOR YOU. no I don't play the second chances. ONE SINGLE TIME.. I was playing pick four.. and in the tickets which I purchased.. I found one ticket.. (someone left in the machine because you gotta bend way over to be sure all the tickets have been spit out.. Either you can only enter 1 tik or someone entered the other one but I am in it for 1 entry. After playing in 5 decades now I am having more fun than I have had in awhile by imagining a second chance win on a found ticket.

Lucky find. Is the MI second chance drawing like CA's where the dollar value of the scratcher is the number of entries you get

I was filling out a bet slip when I happened to look over in the trash and there were two $50 scratchers in there.

I pulled them out and whoever bought them did not scratch the ticket off they just scratched the bar codes and scanned them. Both losers but I'm betting they did not enter them into the second chance giveaway.

I wanted to enter that second chance draw but wasn't going to buy the $50 tix to do it unless I won $500.
