Financial advisor, attorney and accountant. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello Folks...<br /><br />Hope everyone having a good weekend.<br /><br />I have a question.<br /><br />Does anyone aware that the cash value for all lotteries seems to be reduced to below 50%?<br /><br />Since when did this start?
