There is a Steve Player system/strategy that picks a double digit (11, 44 etc.) and playing them in a box with 36 remaining pairs. If the double digit pair hits and the bet is $1 on each of the 36 combos, the win is $364. The player pockets four bucks and then bets $10 on each of the 36 combos trying to win $3636.

Never tried either but an $18 bet (50 cent boxes) returns over $1800.

Thanks Stack. Got some figuring out to do. If I can. There's so many things you have to consider when it comes to a system, no matter how good it appears. The time itself, how many times one thing happens, how many other things may also happen, that sort of thing. Even if it is next game. I appreciate the reply.

In any position, there are 55 possible two digit combinations in pick 4 games (45 with no matching digits plus 10 doubles).

If you have 2 digits out of 4, and you randomly guess or put in the other 2. How many total numbers would the bet be?
