			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am trying to figure out, in a 5/39 game the &#x27;floor&#x27; or &#x27;ceiling&#x27; for each position.<br /><br />For example: the floor for the 1st position is obviously 1. But what would be the highest ceiling (say, 90% of the time? Or 95% of the time?
