No guys....he's saying to take the first number of your last hit, day or evening and expect the following pairs to come straight within the next couple of draws. On Dec. 11 in the NC day draw, 948 came out. 9 is the first number so you find the nine in Raj's chart and expect one of the following pairs to come straight in an upcoming draw. Dec. 11 in the evening brought 644. Looking at Raj's chart you will see 64 amongst the pairs that will follow a 9 when it's in the first digit position.... [ More ]
