Don't talk about the offshore sites here. They don't like it.

As far as helpful tips, click on Forums, then scroll down to Pick 3, then click on North Carolina 1/1-1/31-2023. for the NC forum.

Where it says Search Lottery Post, type in whatever you want, it's just like Google for lottery.

On the far left side click on Rules and read that.
