I did try a detailed explanation. Chat gpt just keeps telling me something about trying to predict lottery numbers was illegal is some places and that it was not possible because it's a random game. Maybe I did not explain in enough detail.

I'll read the book. But I'm still going to be a skeptic, practical, pragmatic, a critic, an A-hole (with a capital A ), take your pick, whatever you want to call it, and I'm the same with my stuff.

Robert Serotic was one the creators of Lottery expert for windows software.

In one of his books he wrote about conflicting filters and how using numbers with greater or lesser weight could create conflicts. If 6 of Sans top weighted numbers are even and he uses the 3 or 4 even numbers filter, only 3 or 4 of his top numbers will appear on the same line. Oh and don't forget decades, consecutive, sums conflicts, etc.

Serotic created many syndicates and won a few jackpots.

Robert Serotic (the name came up a lot in days past) wrote on lotteries, keno and horse racing. I see on Amazon most of work is out of print, and How to Play and Win lists at $306......that's not a typo, not $3.06. (Three hunnerd and six dollahs). Or some cheaper options on lower condition books.

Aside for the fact he doesn't have a 6/49 to play......he's got some good ideas.

I can't see writing a program, choosing 8 numbers, and making 28 sets.

If he's asking for a program to weight the numbers that would be something else.

But I'm not interested in a trip to Tahiti to make 28 sets of numbers.

Doesn't matter. Any 8 numbers grouped in sets of 6 comes to 28 combinations.

Numbers have no feelings about percentage.

these numbers are of greater weight (the greater amount in a betting list sounds like fixed, if you hit 3 of them it will be possible to get prizes of 4 and 5 easier
