That happened to someone named Matt on a 500 dollar scratch off ticket winner about 3 or 4 years ago.

Con artists take photos of the 3D code with their cellphones and cash in at random stores across the state.

Matt did not get his money back the last he posted about it; its a good lesson if you post a winning ticket on here cover up the 3D barcode or wait until you cash the ticket in................

I am sorry that you were potentially a victim of fraud.

Looking back on your post of one of your winning tickets, is see the barcode of the ticket is included in the image.

I have heard of unscrupulous people who have access to a lottery terminal use the image to validate the ticket for themselves.

Not saying that this is the case with your ticket, but people should be aware that it is apparently possible.

players I need your help. That 245 straight that I hit the other day, I cashed it at Wegmans. I had a second one. I went to cash it at Wegmans and it said paid out by other. How is this possible? It was in my car. If that description is true then someone would have to steal it out of my car cashed it and put it back. There's no way. Any suggestions

OK we had 083 today a zero brings a double, 3 or a 6 .. We had 2 sums 11's back to back on daytime so watch out for sum 7 to show up , and yes doubles will show up also.. Find a good sum 7 and keep it in.. that sum 7 is over due on both games.. G/L

I had some time today so i did a skip chart for the pick3 for pa. These are the 120 boxed numbers. How to use this chart: cross off the numbers that have come in this year (jan-feb). Play the numbers in between the numbers that have come in. We have had a lot of repeats this year. This works with p4 p5 any draw game but the numbers get really big.
