From what I understand in Las Vegas @ the World Gaming Convention, Anything less than free ping gong balls can be interfered with i.e . programable and not in favor of players.

Beginning Monday, April 17, 2023, Lotto America drawings will be conducted on a digital draw system (DDS), which will replace the numbered balls and mechanical drawing machines.

Earlier this week, I saw the news about Lotto America changing to Random Number Generator. As a result, I won't play Lotto America anymore.

Will actual balls continue to be used for Powerball and Mega Millions or will they follow the RNG trend? I just want to make sure that if I am playing significant amounts of money for a game with those odds that actual balls will be used.
