ScoobyDue, I believe near misses count if you box and win any amount on the near miss. Are you sincerely asking to know whether near misses count

I'm always 1 number off when it comes to straight. I've won box about 5 times. Study the state numbers and the algorithm you'll be amazed at what you find. In his case he knew they do doubles a lot and I know 2,3,4,0 are the hot numbers to play. I do 960xx because I saw the pattern for it.

Just wanted to share this because it's kind of amazing. I've never won P5 straight, never even close. But Pennsylvania posts a lists of winners over $1,000 each month. In the list from April 2023, the P5D shows twenty-three straight winners which is a crazy high number for the month. But that's not the really crazy part. Twenty of the twenty-three winners were the same guy, named Mukesh P from the county where Pittsburgh is located.

Would've paid $25K

Made me sick to think that I came within a 1: 10 chance of $25,000

I was so close. I won $187.50 for 98521 OH. My grids had the straight number. I wished we all could collaborate on our numbers. I am sure we could get more hits if we discuss/share our skills, experience, grids, systems, methods, research, etc.

Pick-5 is really the $100 version of Pick-3. Thus, if one spends $100 straight, that's $50K. On the Pick-5, that's tough for 5 numbers to align straight. Most players are not willing to spend $100 on a single Pick-3 number straight. Thus the Lottery came up with a game that's meant to avoid spending $100 on a single number straight set on Pick-3.
