			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s no problem for the lotteries because most people don&#x27;t pay attention and they don&#x27;t realize that nobody ever wins. It can be years and years between jackpots awarded in many areas.<br /><br />I gave up playing the Mega Million for the most part unless the jackpot is $700 million cash and that&#x27;s not because of the cash it&#x27;s because if I am going to lose it might as well be for the big bux.
