If a neural net/transformer spots a pattern in past draws (curve fits to the training draw data set) , that pattern will be useless for future draw predictions, assuming the draws are independent. Neural nets, including the human brain, are bad at extracting a signal, assuming a signal exists, in very low SNR (signal to noise ratio) data.

You're basically asking the same thing. it won't do for lottery numbers. I use it to create blogs on my website. it is incredible, powerful but advise to use it and machine learning. It does state unethical practices and claims it might not do useful for lottery.

Google zabaware. It's a starting point. It can read books pdf files. If you want something that can think I might start with Microsoft cntk. Yes you half to do some of your own work. It's like raising a child with encyclopedic knowledge. Be prepared to curate alot of data. Remember: garbage in garbage out.
