			<description><![CDATA[<p>The only way I have herd of doing scratchers is you half to create a spreadsheet detailing how many prize&#x27;s have been won and how many are left. Tracking this can improve your odds to the right of the decimal point. But the real key to it is to choose the best ticket with the best odds of a good prize then buy your tickets at the busiest store in your state for lottery sales. This should improve your chances of winning something in a practical way.
