			<description><![CDATA[<p>Who is to say that the quick picks use the same PRNG or the seeds as the actual Lotto Drawings... It might be interesting to see their algorithm(s) although I don&#x27;t think they would publish it... Because someone might use that information to create a battle of the PRNGs... 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am in no way current on it but on older terminals, years ago, I found some info back then that said that time of day and past numbers generated off the terminal were used in generating easy picks.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>If the PRNG (pseudo-random number generator) used to print quick pick tickets is not seeded with enough bits of entropy (enough randomness), then the machines will print excess duplicate picks between different machines.<br /><br />Since there is no information published on how the lotteries seed their PRNG, I don&#x27;t trust the quick pick machines.<br /><br />Also, they should publish their PRNG algorithm so that independent researchers can verify that there are no flaws in the PRNG.
